Fabricated Effluent Treatment Plant

We construct and install packaged treatment plants to generate high quality treated wastewater, which is safely released into the river or re-used at the same site. Our packaged ETP plants are pre-engineered systems designed for on-site usage or commercial or industrial applications, where treatment of low quantities of effluent required. Available in 5 KLD to 200 KLD capacities, these units are compact in size and occupy very less space and require very low operational cost. As required, our packaged etp plant units can be designed as skid mounted or containerized. The most important advantage of wastewater treatment container is its movability; a containerized ETP is fabricated at our factory and transported to the site, where it is used. Construction site, disaster areas, civil and military base camps are fewer examples, where our packaged wastewater treatment plants are mostly used.

Effluent is nothing but the wastewater that has been contaminated by anthropogenic industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environment or its reuse. Different industries produce wastewater, although in recent years there have been many efforts towards recycling and reusing such treated waste. Water is an important component of every food manufacturing plant. It is used as an ingredient, coolant, solvent for cleaning in process (CIP) or in many other chemical based reactions in companies. After the completion of manufacturing process, this influent gets converted into wastewater which gets expelled from industry as a byproduct called effluent. Effluents contain a mix of contaminants, both toxic and nontoxic, including heavy metals and various organic materials. With the majority of effluents containing 99.9% water, it’s important to remove the remaining solids. Preliminary Treatment: Screening, grit and oil removal are done at preliminary treatment process.

Primary Treatment: Primary treatment involves removal of suspended solids up to 50% and reducing BOD level up to 30%.

Secondary Treatment: This is sometimes referred to Biological Treatment. Through biological processes, dissolved and suspended organic wastes are converted to more stable solids and removed by settling.

Tertiary Treatment: It is the final stage which involves physical, chemical and biological processes to remove residual suspended solids and dissolved solids.

Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP)

Especially designed for industrial estates and SEZs, where establishment of individual effluent treatment facility is not possible; concept of Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) comes into effect. It is a kind of waste management, where small and medium sized industries jointly treat their wastewater affordably by installing such an Effluent Treatment Plant, which is common for every unit. Installation of ETP for single manufacturing unit is not possible due to budget problem and limited area allotment to each unit; therefore, a CETP is a best option which not only protects water environment but also divides the investment and operational costs. Wastewater pipelines from every manufacturing unit are connected to the CETP for treatment.
